1. How long will my order take for delivery?

Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.): 4-6 Days

Tier 2 Cities: 6-8 Days*

Rest of India: 6-8 Days*

Express Delivery: 72-96 Hours* (Wherever Applicable - No guarantee)

International: 7 to 14 days

2. How can I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an active link to track it live. We urge you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order.

3. At what time of the day will my order be delivered?

Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

Packages are delivered using an OTP for verification, and we request you to keep your phone handy while receiving the package for OTP verification purposes.

4. What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?

Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to our warehouse. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! Our team will contact you regarding the same if necessary. 

Any prepaid orders which are undelivered will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost of ₹100 (to be borne by the customer).

 

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

We offer all payment options as listed here: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, PayTM, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Direct bank Transfers and COD. In case you need any help with any of the payment options, please do contact us on WhatsApp.

1. What are your online modes of payment?

You can pay using any of our wide variety of payment modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay, PayTM and Wallets that are supported on our website.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Available?

We offer COD shipping all over India with a fixed Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charge of ₹80 on orders below 1000/-.

3. What to do if the money gets debited and an order confirmation is not received?

Please check your bank account for the next 10 minutes. If the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at contact@ilaira.in with your transaction details along with your name and email ID that was used while attempting to place the order.

We will respond to your query as soon as possible (10 am to 6 pm during weekdays).

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or sent back to you.

4. Are there any other hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges applied for any purchase on our website. All the charges will be shown to you clearly before you make the payment.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Did not like the styles you shopped from us? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many times you buy clothing but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever.

1. How to return the products?

We offer returns to our customers for all our products. The only condition is that you need to email us at contact@ilaira.in within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

Do, share the photos and tags of the Product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return. Our team will reply to you with the return process at your email within 48 hours.

2. What should I do after sending you the email?

Please wait for a reply from our team within 48 hours after sending your email. We will share the further steps with you via email.

3. In case of return, how will the shipping of the returned item be done?

We will arrange a pickup for you, however, the charges for the return charges will be borne by the customer. We will return the amount after deducting the pickup charges. 

4. How will I get my refund? 

We deduct ₹80/- shipping charges on all orders as we bear handling charges for the same.

5. When will I get my refund?

After passing all quality checks, it will take 7 to 10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product. 

6. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.

For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full, but if you choose to cancel it after shipping, 80/- will be deducted from your amount and rest will be refunded to you on the provided details.
