EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with the product - no worries - we have a 2 day return policy.
Customers can place the return request within 2 days of the delivery date.
No EXCHANGE, only RETURNS.
We do not have an exchange policy. You can initiate a return request for the item within 2 days of the date of delivery, and can place a new order for the new product. Please note that a package opening video is compulsory to claim any damage.
Returns are not applicable in the following cases:-
- If the product tag is broken or missing.
- If the product is used or washed.
- If the product is specially customised for you.
- If the margin is open.
- If you got the product free in a sale like BUY 2 GET 1 or BUY 1 GET 1. Free products are not eligible for return.
- If you want to return any item that you got in the BUY 2 GET 1 or BUY 1 GET 1 sale, then you have to return the whole order. You can't keep the free item if you choose to return the purchased item.
We will arrange a pickup for you, however, the charges for the return will be borne by the customer. We will return the amount after deducting the pickup charges.
After passing all quality checks, it will take 7 to 10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
